Under the direction of the Bakery Manager, the Bakery Operations Trainer will be the Subject Matter Expert on Equipment Setup Optimization & Settings, and training new and existing Team Members.


  • Attend monthly Safety and Quality training to have full understanding of the subject and requirements.
  • Evaluate and train all processing and packaging Area Leads, Line Leads, Operators, and Associates.
  • Work closely with the Training Department to ensure that training processes are followed.
  • Provide Recommendations for Machine Operator Qualifications.
  • Changeover Processes and Setups and Time Complex Production Equipment.
  • Machine Trouble Shooting. 


  • Possess an understanding of principles of Adult Learning.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Flexibility of work schedule.
  • Strong ability to plan and organize work.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to understand and set an example of company culture and policies.
  • Mechanical and Technical understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred food experience).
  • Ability to understand and Navigate through Technical Manual.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma, Certificates in the Mechanical Field is a plus.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office suite
  • Working knowledge C.I. programs/Soft data collection.
  • 5 -7 yrs. Manufacturing Equipment Experience.
