The Quality Assurance Data Specialist will perform detailed and thorough data analysis of consumer complaints, production data and raw material information, working to reduce complaints and improve production of quality products.
Management of outsourced call center, provide information, guidance, troubleshooting, etc.
Assist marketing department with responses to social media contacts
Respond to private label customers and consumers.
Reporting, analyzing and trending of consumer complaints through the use of excel and NAV
Weekly reporting requirements
Leadership of complaint meetings with operations team and others as needed
Leadership of CI projects related to complaint reduction
Investigation and follow through of escalated issues
Thorough knowledge of all products produced in our facility and by co-packers
Liaison between sales and operations teams regarding private label complaints
Analysis of operations data to finished good specifications
Analysis of consumer complaints to finished good specifications
Assist with raw material investigations in relation to specification

Logical and detail driven
Multi-tasker that can deal with changing priorities and many projects at one time.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Navision experience preferred but will train as needed
